Refund Policy

We understand that not every purchase is perfect.  Here is what you will need to do if you are looking for a refund or replacement product.

Refund Policy for Ovega.com

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund of your payment (less any applicable shipping fees) or a replacement within 30 days of receipt. This policy applies solely to products bought directly from us at Ovega.com.  If you purchased from a different retailer, please refer directly to their return/refund policy.

To receive your refund or replacement, please email us at cs@i-healthinc.com, or call 1-800-722-3476.  Our Care Team is available Monday-Friday, 9am- 6pm, EST. For faster service, please provide your order confirmation number and have your original packaging available.  We may also request that you return your product.

If you need to return a product, we can provide you with a digital label to send it back to us. It takes around 5-7 business days to process your refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you have requested a replacement, please expect it to arrive in 10-14 business days. However, due to product availability, some replacements may take longer or be changed to a refund.
