Good Vegetarian Source of Omega-3
A great non-fish source of omega-3s. A decent dosage of EPA and DHA per capsules (you have to check bottle labels....alot of omega-3 products have very low EPA and DHA levels. Capsules are not huge and there is no smell or after taste. I am very pleased.
